Please only contact us after checking the following points:
- Password reset codes: if you do not receive a password reset code, then you do not have an account.
- Parents - click a link sent for your child and then click 'Create Account'.
- Leaders - click 'Create Account' if you are registering a new section, otherwise ask your existing administrator to create an account for you.
- If your account has been locked: once blocked, you will need to wait an hour to be unblocked, even if you have changed your password recently. Come back later and do not allow password managers to fill in the password so you can be sure it's correct.
- If you are a leader with an account: please log in and contact us from within the system.
- If you are a parent: please contact your leaders unless you have a specific problem with the system.
